Activity

  • Planning, management and control of the ATEI business in all dimensions

  • Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting in compliance with Amphenol Group accounting guidelines

  • Analyzing the financial statements and cost center evaluations of the company locations and preparing recommendations and measures to ensure the company's success

  • Monitoring the company's assets and optimizing working capital and cash flow

  • Creation, maintenance and further development of a key performance indicator system for corporate management and support for management decision-making

  • Monitoring an effective internal control system to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal company requirements and guidelines

  • Creating, managing and tracking the company's annual operating budget in accordance with the strategic business plan

  • Professional and disciplinary management of the local finance team at the Heilbronn and Ostrov sites

Profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or comparable university degree in business administration, economics, economics or industrial engineering with a focus on controlling, corporate management, accounting, auditing or corporate taxation

  • At least 10 years of professional experience (controlling and finance in industrial/manufacturing companies, internal auditing or auditing/tax consultancy)

  • Very good knowledge of accounting, cost accounting and ERP systems with a focus on manufacturing acquired through studies or professional experience

  • High affinity for numbers and details as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
