Activity
Operational support in obtaining quotations in consultation with strategic purchasing
Evaluation of offers within the specified format
Processing purchase requisitions and orders in consultation with the strategic purchasing department
Supporting the disposition in the case of delivery bottlenecks
Processing new product installations in coordination with strategic purchasing
Entering and maintaining data in the SAP system
Profile
Commercial apprenticeship, ideally with several years of professional experience in the field of purchasing
Foreign language skills in English preferable
Able to work in a team and independently in processing the tasks assigned
IT skills in SAP R/3 and MS Office
Communication and negotiation skills
