Activity

• Customer support for existing and new customers

• Preparing and entering quotes

• Entering various orders (contracts, delivery schedules, EDIs, time-based orders)

• Monitoring delivery dates and shipments

• Serving as the interface between Regional Sales Management and other departments

• Maintaining customer data

• Cold calling and responding to customer inquiries

Profile

• Completed vocational education in business administration

• Fluency in spoken and written English and German

• Proficiency in standard MS Office programs and SAP
