Market Manager Industrial & Commercial Transportation (m/f/d)

Activity

• Drive a market-oriented ICT sales strategy while leveraging customer insights and market trends to shape product development.

• Build, maintain, and strategically grow a strong network of key customers while proactively managing and expanding relationships within target market segments

• Identification and development of new business opportunities

• Providing technical consulting and positioning of our product portfolio—in collaboration with other departments

• Further developing and successfully positioning our value-added services with a focus on cable assemblies

Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a Business Administration with a strong technical focus

• In-depth market knowledge in the industrial and commercial transportation sector, ideally with a focus on interconnection systems or cable assemblies

• Existing customer network for ICT market mandatory, minimum in a specific sub market

• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to independently translate strategic goals into concrete actions

• Experience collaborating in international matrix organizations and confident stakeholder management

• Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 2–3 days per week) for active market development

• Business-level proficiency in German and English
