motion|grade - M23 and M40 Circular Connectors
The M23 and M40 circular connectors of our motion|grade series are recognized industry standard for compact data, signal and power transmission. The connection solutions are ideally suited for encoder feedback in servo drives or electric motors, but are also used in the fields of industrial automation, heavy equipment and renewable energies.
The metal connectors with 360° shielding are characterized by their robust construction and high vibration resistance. Our customers can choose between the standard screw-locking mechanism and the market-compatible "Checkmate" quick-locking system with audible feedback.
The product family can be divided into four sub-series:
M23 Signal provides four contact arrangements from 12 to 19pin for the transmission of control signals; up to 10A at 160V; wire cross-section 0.10-0.75mm2
M23 Power provides four contact arrangements from 6 to 9pole for combined power and signal transmission; up to 30A at 630V; wire cross-section 0.10-2.5mm2
M23 Hybrid provides two solutions for combined signal and power transmission including data interface through a Quadrax Ethernet element
M40 Circular Connectors provide 4+2 and 4+4 combined contact arrangements for signal and power transmission up to 75A at 630V; wire cross-section 0.75-10mm2
